Made in Paris is a high-end hair salon located in Mosman. Over the last two decades, it has developed strong relationships within the community and built up a loyal clientele among local residents. As well as being a residential suburb, Mosman is also a vibrant commercial centre, with many fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants and other local businesses, whose owners and staff are also potential clients of the salon.

That’s why we created ‘Friends of Made in Paris’, a VIP club designed to build ongoing relationships with other businesses in the Mosman community. All business owners in Mosman – and their employees – receive a special discount on all services at Made in Paris from Monday to Friday. The program was launched with a door-to-door campaign aimed at attracting new clients on less busy days of the week. After running for one year, the club has managed to triple the number of Made in Paris’ clients who work in the Mosman area, through cross-promotions, new partnerships, and an effective referral program.
